Ian, thanks for your "coverage" of the conference and for contributing as a round table leader! Your comments are very gratifying, as we always strive to provide higher quality content each year. Great to see you this week.

Ian,
This was my first IEG conference, so I have nothing to compare, but I found the content very rewarding. I agree with you on all your thoughts and share kudos to the IEG team for a terrific conference.

Hi Ian:
Looking forward to seeing you in Chicago. FYI, the change in venues had nothing to do with attendance declines and everything to do with the Hilton's unwillingness to keep room rates for attendees affordable. The Sheridan is new--Hilton was getting tired looking, better located and has all the break out rooms, etc. Conference attendance is 1,200.

Hi Ian: Just a correction: Our new venue is not smaller than our old one and we are happy to add that we will have about 1,300 people in attendance next week, one of our largest turnouts ever.

We also will have the largest percentage of sponsors we have ever had, with the additional representation of more client-side agencies, including traditional ad and media buying shops, than ever before.

Look forward to seeing you in Chicago.

Usually the sponsor would pay for these costs, but yes, it would be outlined in the contract.

True article. From my knowledge there are a certain amount of hip hop music promotion agencies who find it difficult implementing this kind of information.

When a company buys naming rights, who pays for the hard costs on the signage? Is it generally included into the contract agreement?
